Where are AutoRenu products made?

We formulate and fill them ourselves in Southern Indiana, just north of the Ohio River. Warehouse and shipping address: 4005 Earnings Way, New Albany, IN 47150.

Do you ship free?

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more (continental U.S., as stated on our product pages and store banner). Orders typically process in 1–2 business days, then ship UPS Ground.

Gallon or 16 oz — which should I buy?

A gallon holds 8× a 16 oz bottle. Start with the 16 oz if you want to try it. Refill from the gallon when you are ready. Same chemistry either way — factory chemistry, sold direct.

Are these safe on paint?

Where a product is rated for paint, the product page says so. Examples: All Purpose Cleaner is for paint, glass, trim, plastic, and interior panels; Wash + Wax is safe on paint, glass, trim, stainless, plastic, and chrome; Bug & Tar and Iron Decon list paint among their safe surfaces. Always spot-check a hidden area on delicate finishes first.

Can I use AutoRenu on a Tesla or EV?

Customers — including Tesla owners — use these products on vehicle interiors and exteriors. One verified review notes Tesla Service Center employees using AutoRenu chemistry. That is customer experience, not a Tesla OEM endorsement. Match the product to the surface on the product page, and spot-check delicate interiors before a full panel.

What are the dilution ratios?

Most of our 16 oz bottles are ready to use as directed on the product page — spray, wipe, or foam as written. Wash soaps (Canon Soap, Shampoo + Wax) mix in a cannon or bucket: start with a modest pour and tune to your water, dirt, and equipment. We do not publish a single fixed ratio for every setup.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return window. Refunds go to the original purchaser only, less original shipping. Only non-liquid, unused, like-new products with proof of purchase are accepted. How long does shipping take?

Orders process within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Continental U.S. standard shipping is typically UPS Ground, about 3–5 business days after ship. You get a tracking email when it leaves.

Is Ceramic Spray Coating a multi-year ceramic install?

No. It is a spray sealant you apply after the wash. It adds a ceramic barrier on clean paint and makes water bead. Protection you run again next wash — not a multi-year installed coating.

Do bottles include towels?

Selected 16 oz products ship with a color-coded microfiber towel (for example green with All Purpose Cleaner, blue with Glass Cleaner, red with Final Finish). Check the product page for that SKU.

Interior and exterior — one cleaner?

All Purpose Cleaner is built as one cleaner for interior and exterior: dirt, grime, grease, and stains without leaving a film. Other SKUs are surface-specific (Glass, Leather, Tire + Wheel, Iron Decon, and so on). Read the product page for the surfaces each formula lists.
